rag & bone in New York's SoHo is seeking a Visual Supervisor to oversee brand presentation and balance art with commerce. The role drives the client experience, leads floor set execution, and reports to the General Manager.

You will train staff on visual standards, collaborate with HQ on guidelines, and support store tasks to ensure strong KPI performance. Weekend availability and a sharp eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in-store visual merchandising experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising to align with brand strategy and client experience.
• Ensure store presentation is consistent with global retail guidelines and seasonal concepts.
• Manage floor sets, zones, and window installations with store management.
• Train and supervise sales and support staff on visual criteria and standards.
• Coordinate with HQ on floor set planning, inventory updates, and special projects.
• Provide recap photos and liaise with VM partners and neighboring stores.
