Rag & Bone in Soho, New York, seeks a Visual Supervisor to manage in-store presentation and brand storytelling. You will balance creative displays with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive client experience across the store and aligned with our global retail strategy.

The role requires organizing and leading VM efforts, training staff, and collaborating with the store team to drive KPIs while maintaining brand standards and visual guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in-store visual merchandising experience.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high visibility environment.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising to ensure a consistent client experience and align with brand guidelines.
• Manage VM floor map zoning and floor set execution; coordinate with store manager.
• Train and supervise sales staff on visual standards and brand presentation.
• Provide VM support to neighboring stores and HQ as needed.
