Job summary

The Visual Supervisor at Rag & Bone, Soho, is responsible for the overall brand and product presentation within the store location. The supervisor will balance art and commerce by ensuring a consistent client experience, drive brand values, and promote product selling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in-store visual merchandising experience.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, high visibility environment.
• Strong drive for results.
• Acute attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Ability to work outside of regular business hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising to ensure a consistent client experience, drive brand values, and promote selling.
• Ensure store presentation aligns with global retail strategy and visual guidelines, including windows and special projects.
• Manage VM floor map zoning and oversee floor set execution.
• Update store windows with brand seasonal elements and product updates.
• Train and manage staff on brand standards and VM criteria.
• Coordinate communication between stores and HQ regarding floor sets, receipts, inventory, and special needs.
• Provide VM support to neighboring NYC stores and HQ as needed.
