• Follow and execute all the commercial strategies set by the company.
• Review the news, provide locations and mark store/warehouse rotations.
• Ensure best match between store space and product.
• Support product replenishment and stockroom capacity.
• Analyze product, competition and trends to drive actions and improve results.
• Perform commercial analyses to optimize sales and communicate with teams.
• Maintain high level of customer experience through merchandising standards.
• Communicate with supervisors and store teams regularly.
• Train the team in commerciality and develop store sales skills.
• Assist department to grow the store's sales team.
• Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Provide store-wide support for a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with approvals or authorizations of returns and support transactions as needed.
• Act as a store leader to support the team.
