West Elm is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to collaborate with management on floor plans, displays, and seasonal initiatives that inspire customers and elevate the store experience.

You will lead the visual team, coach routines, and ensure alignment with visual standards while driving productivity and sales performance. A strong emphasis on customer-centric styling and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
• 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and displays to drive sales.
• Develop floorset plans and timelines with management.
• Coach visual team on routines and standards to maximize productivity.
• Analyze reporting to identify profitability opportunities and improve results.
• Coordinate inventory needs with management to optimize sell-through and margins.
• Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
