West Elm is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to partner with store leadership to execute our display strategy and maximize sales. You will guide the visual team, plan floorset timelines, and ensure consistent, on-brand displays that inspire customers.

Responsibilities include coordinating markdowns, signage, inventory planning, and productivity measures while maintaining safe, efficient store operations and a high standard of customer experience.

• Experience leading retail visual teams is a plus.
