Job summary

West Elm is seeking a Lead Visual Merchandising role to partner with store management to execute the floor sets, displays, and seasonal visuals that drive sales and inspire customers. You will coach the visual team on routines, productivity, and adherence to standards while maintaining inventory and signage accuracy on the sales floor.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to merchandising.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.
• 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
• Experience in home-related design or visual merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display with floorset targets.
• Coach visual team on routines to maximize productivity.
• Maintain signage, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Collaborate with management on inventory and payroll planning.
