Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail visual merchandising experience or education required.
• 2+ years of leadership or managing a team.
• Brick-and-mortar retail experience in furniture/home goods preferred.
• Outlet or off-price merchandising experience preferred.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define, design and implement a flexible visual merchandising strategy for outlet product variety.
• Manage product flow within the outlet, maximizing product per square foot.
• Lead and create a best-in-class customer experience as a Wayfair brand ambassador.
• Master the brand story and communicate it with polish and professionalism.
• Amplify the Wayfair brand by contributing to a high-performing, customer-centric team.
• Deliver on sales and service KPIs and drive profitability across omni-channel platforms.
• Maintain leadership presence through effective floor management and staffing resources.
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising adjacencies and signage to keep the sales floor stocked and visually compliant.
