H&M in Miami, FL seeks a Visual Merchandiser Manager to elevate the in-store customer experience through visual standards and commercial excellence. You will lead and develop the VM team, align with brand campaigns, and ensure compelling product presentation across the store.

You will stay ahead of fashion trends, coach the team on seasonal changes, and drive sales through strategic visual and layout decisions in collaboration with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience in your store by following visual and commercial curation guidelines.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Set, implement, and follow up on store visual and commercial goals with Store Manager, Area Visual Manager and Store teams.
• Lead your VM team to organize, plan and prioritize workload according to store activation plan and adapt with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and sign off the latest global campaigns and sale activities on time according to H&M Brand Standards with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Ensure good garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
• Perform sales report (KPIs) follow-up, identify, and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Ensure your VM team creates efficient actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets, store goals, and budget with Store Management.
• Follow up all procedures for OMNI services, operational routines, legal requirements, and communication in all areas of the store with Store Management.
• Keep up to date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, products, brands, competitors, and relevant influencers.
• Coach and develop your VM team to plan time for fashion and trend awareness to understand trend theory and mood boards for styling techniques and product presentation.
• Lead, inspire and educate your store team, keep them up to date with seasonal changes, fashion trends, and relevant visual and commercial information.
• Coach and develop visual and commercial skills for the VM and Store teams to secure high quality product and presentation.
• Support and develop daily routines and best practices for your Store team to ensure a consistent level of visual and commercial standard while maintaining customer service.
• Recruiting, onboarding, performance management, upskilling and development for talents with Store Manager and Area Team.
• Talent management and succession planning in your store to support business needs.
• Organize and carry out visual and commercial upskilling for you and your colleagues.
• Ensure Store teams complete Visual Competences and Commercial 4 All trainings based on regional and Sales Market goals.
• Support Sales Market and Area teams with talents for expansion needs.
• Responsible for visual, commercial and styling curation in the store based on calendar, allocation, activation plan and trends.
• Coach and follow-up that VM team carry out sample picking routines including stockroom quantities, accessories, and shoes to create clear trends and stories.
• Ensure VM team secures window and styling execution to create inspirational and commercial customer experience.
• Maintain good customer flow by preserving layout and fixtures to showcase the best trend stories.
• Maintain price signs consistently in windows and throughout the store following global strategy and Sales Market requirements.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management to ensure lighting highlights products and display forms.
• Maintain and care for display forms and interior materials with sustainability in mind.
• Collaborate with Area Visual Manager to keep store navigation maintained.
