H&M in Orland Park, IL is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to elevate our store experience through on-brand visual and commercial storytelling. You will curate displays, maintain seasonal styles, and coach the store team on presentation.

You’ll stay ahead of fashion trends, collaborate with management to execute campaigns, manage stock presentation, and ensure a consistent customer journey aligned with global guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan workload per store activation plan with Store Management.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities.
• Monitor garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services and store operations.
• Coach store teams on visual and commercial skills.
• Develop onboarding and upskilling for colleagues.
