Responsibilities

• Supports store operations with merchandising and display.
• Partners with the Display Artist and Department Managers on engaging visuals.
• Drives sales and brand messaging through visual displays and store environment.
• Coaches and trains department and display candidates; bench and succession planning.
• Ensures safety, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance.
