Job summary

West Elm, a Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brand, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to partner with management and the District Visual Manager to execute floor plans, display strategies, and seasonal visuals.

You will coach the visual team, optimize productivity, and ensure the store remains a destination for inspiration. The role involves analyzing reports, managing inventory needs, and helping with payroll/workload planning to maximize profitability and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display; map, plan and execute floorset timelines with management to drive sales and seasonal strategy.
• Maintain daily disciplines to optimize markdowns, promotions/signage, replenishment and recovery.
• Collaborate with GM and DVM to adapt directives to store needs and layout.
