Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a store supervisor to lead visual merchandising and customer experiences in our Salt Lake City store. You will model world-class service, ensure staffing coverage, and maintain store standards while executing floorsets and promotional displays.

You will mentor associates, promote the brand lifestyle, and continually seek inspiration to elevate product presentation. College degree preferred with 1–3 years merchandising or visual experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of merchandising or visual role experience.
• 1-2 years in home design or visual merchandising preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to motivate others through example.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers through styling and entertaining.
• Promote innovative ways to make stores a neighborhood destination.
• Interpret visual inspiration to drive sales and convey the brand spirit.
• Ensure displays are visually compelling to drive sales.
• Coach associates to uphold visual standards.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Execute floorsets within required timeframes.
