Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a merchandising/visual-focused associate to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help maintain visual standards, oversee floor coverage, and drive sales through compelling displays.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training of staff on visual guidelines, and ongoing trend awareness to keep the store inspired and welcoming for shoppers.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising or visual role.
• 1–2 years experience in home related design or visual merchandising preferred.
• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
