Altar’d State, a rapidly growing women’s fashion brand, seeks a Merchandiser to support the Store Leader with merchandising and seasonal décor. You will create an inspiring store environment, deliver exceptional guest service, build guest relationships, and lead by example in visual presentation and stock management.

The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and adherence to standards to drive sales and store performance. Physical tasks include lifting up to 30 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year merchandising experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.
