You will help achieve store goals by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a compelling shopping environment. The role requires at least 1 year of merchandising experience, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive visual standards and window displays to support sales.
• Support Store Leader with floor sets and product placement.
• Respond to guest needs and model company service standards.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance.
• Assist in inventory management and loss prevention.
• Maintain weekly merchandising and presentation tasks.
