Qualifications

• 1 year Merchandising experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Physical ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly

Responsibilities

• Drive exhibitions and seasonal window décor weekly
• Maintain seasonal window décor and floor sets
• Lead and develop store team to achieve sales goals
• Monitor stock levels and product placement to maximize sales
• Follow loss prevention practices and protect company assets
