Position Overview

The Merchandiser supports the Store Leader by executing merchandising and seasonal décor to create a beautiful environment for our guests and achieve all store goals. You will provide exceptional service through relationship building and maintain an inspirational, well‑maintained environment. Merchandisers drive excellence in all visual aspects of the store, including elevated product merchandising, well‑crafted window designs, and a focus on results via the store’s presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• React to product and presentation needs of the business.
• Maintain seasonal window décor weekly and ensure window mannequin updates.
• Control workflow through successful planning and delegation.
• Assess store business using company reporting tools to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
• Teach standards of product flow, merchandising, and product knowledge to the team.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.
• Communicate effectively with executive team and coach staff on visual presentation to achieve sales goals.
• Lead a creative community to drive sales through an inspirational store environment.
• Lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 30 pounds).

Process & Presentation

• Utilize weekly reporting to track, analyze, and communicate business results.
• Interpret visual communication and partner with Store Leader on floor set roll‑out and fixture placement.
• Maintain awareness of brand aesthetic and relevance to the store environment.
• Manage placement of new product and communicate performance observations, offering feedback to the Store Leader.

Qualifications

• 1 year merchandising experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting. Occasionally required to climb ladders and stairs.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
