Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Ability to train and develop store staff.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Director to drive profitability and brand loyalty.
• Own designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Recruit, train, and develop store team with the director.
• Engage community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into other sales floor roles as needed.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
