Job summary

The Swatch Group seeks a field-based Visual Merchandiser & Trainer for Hamilton, U.S. to drive visual presentation and training across our East Coast retail and wholesale network. You will oversee brand visuals in boutiques and support stores with merchandising execution and product presentation.

Responsibilities include running floor sets, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, while traveling up to 80–85% domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years in retail visual merchandising, jewelry or watches.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across retail and wholesale locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual execution and provide adjustments.
• Plan and execute floor sets, window displays and promotions.
• Prepare and distribute visual display communications; manage vendor relationships and orders.
• Collaborate with stores, regional teams and brand leadership on training and displays.
