Job summary
The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager, West/Central, to coordinate VM projects across our luxury showroom network. You will drive brand standards, plan in-store signage, window displays, and events with retail teams during visits or virtual walkthroughs.
You will partner with external brand partners, support openings and renovations, and manage local freelancers as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of visual merchandising experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in jewelry, timepieces, and luxury retail is a plus.
- Strong organizational, negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to coordinate installations with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate VM projects for Watches of Switzerland Group.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure showroom standards.
- Manage in-store signage, window displays, and ambiance.
- Partner with Retail Management for events and shoots (in-person or virtual).
- Communicate with external brand partners to uphold brand standards.
- Provide VM support for openings, renovations, and acquisitions.
