Job summary

Swatch Group in the Northeast US seeks a Visual Merchandiser & Trainer to drive visual merchandising across Hamilton boutiques and wholesale accounts, and to lead training initiatives for brand knowledge and product presentation.

The role encompasses floor sets, store visits, and training sessions for managers and staff, with extensive travel (up to 80-85%). The annual base salary ranges from $70,000 to $77,000 and includes eligibility for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of retail visual merchandising experience
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license
• Proven ability to coach and train diverse teams in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 80-85% of the time (minimum 4 days per week)

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across retail and wholesale locations.
• Conduct store visits to evaluate visual execution and provide on-the-spot adjustments and recommendations.
• Plan and execute floor sets, window displays, seasonal transitions, and promotional setups.
• Facilitate training sessions for store managers and associates on visual standards and customer experience.
• Collaborate with regional teams and brand leadership to plan and execute training strategies.
