Brighton is seeking a Visual Merchandiser based near Newark/NYC to elevate in-store brand experiences across the Northeast through creative displays, training, and strong retailer collaboration.

The role involves partnering with store teams, regional managers, and account executives, traveling extensively to set up premium presentations, implement seasonal initiatives, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising for fashion accessories, apparel, or jewelry.
• Ability to train retailers and coach store teams on presentation.
• Strong relationship-building to support sales and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising strategies and seasonal initiatives to inspire customers and drive sales.
• Partner with retailers and Account Executives to provide merchandising support and coaching.
• Use insights to optimize product presentation and performance across locations.
• Travel approx. 60-70% across the Northeast region and occasional trips to HQ.
