Responsibilities

• Contribute to the total omni customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation according to guidelines.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Plan workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain latest global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
• Follow procedures for omni services, operational routines, and local guidelines in all store areas.
