Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive store sales and loyalty by delivering a visually engaging, on-brand store environment and exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with store leadership to execute merchandising directives and maintain high visual standards throughout the day.

The role requires experience in women’s visual merchandising, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with flexible hours.

Qualifications

Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.
Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to benefit the brand and customer experience.
Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking.
Ability to work independently in stores and self-motivated.
Creativity balanced with logic, organizational and operational skills.
Visual merchandising experience in women’s clothing.
Must be able to climb a ladder.
Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with store leadership and Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
Implement visual strategies to drive top line sales and brand consistency.
Work with leadership to uphold visual standards as a team responsibility.
React to sell-through and replenish styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
Partner with Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns and re-merchandise sale sections.
