EVEREVE is seeking a Part-Time Lead Merchandiser in Minnesota to drive store sales and loyalty through exceptional customer experiences. You will maintain a visually engaging, brand-appropriate store environment and lead merchandising tasks for the store team.

Key duties include executing directives with leadership, implementing visual strategies, upholding standards, replenishing the styling floor, and coordinating markdowns with the Inventory Specialist. Strong HEART values guide daily actions.

Qualifications

• Retail visual merchandising experience in women's clothing.
• Clear, motivating communication with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work with store leadership on merchandising directives.

Responsabilités

• Act and lead with HEART values in daily store operations.
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in-store leadership for merchandising tasks.
• Execute weekly/monthly merchandising directives with leadership and Regional Manager.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and brand consistency.
• Maintain visual standards and collaborate on floorset integrity with the team.
• Replenish styling floor, address sale section, and coordinate markdowns with Inventory Specialist.
