Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Dayton, OH seeks a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly within a store, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintain merchandising standards, and support other store tasks as needed. Attention to safety and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.
