Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store, executing planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and supporting merchandising tasks.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work shifts based on store needs, maintaining planogram integrity and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores.
