Job summary

Target Hawthorne is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to elevate in-store displays and guest experience while ensuring displays meet brand standards to drive sales. The role supports the Visual Merchandising strategy and collaborates with leaders to maintain impactful presentations.

You will plan daily/weekly visual workloads, execute assessments, and assist in training teammates, lighting, and signing tools, all while upholding safety and inclusivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leaders to support sales goals.
• Execute visual assessments and adjust sets to maintain standards.
• Lead/store team training on visual standards and signing.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety practices.
