Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Business acumen and creativity to move shoppers and drive sales.
• Strong understanding of pattern and brand image.
• Ability to lead and influence store teams to follow processes that support visual marketing.

Responsibilities

• Display and implement visual merchandising guidelines to attract customers.
• Engage visitors and create inviting in-store experiences.
• Assist customers and understand their needs to improve shopper engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and services to help visitors.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute VMG sets.
• Lead execution of VMG strategies across store regions.
• Remerchandise and refresh displays to align with seasonal campaigns.
• Support onboarding and training for hourly staff on visual standards.
