Job summary

Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance guest experience by maintaining visual standards and elevated merchandising across the store in Apple Valley, CA.

You will plan daily/weekly visuals, support ISM execution, train teammates, and ensure execution of merchandising strategies while complying with safety and company policies. The role requires 1–2 years in visual merchandising, a high school diploma, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
• Strong understanding of trend and brand style.
• Ability to communicate across multiple devices and operate technology equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance to meet sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and collaborate with leaders to improve store visuals.
• Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the store and ISM.
• Support and validate visual presentations in the store with leaders.
• Set overhead lighting to highlight merchandising presentations.
• Lead problem solving and adjust sets to maintain inspiring visuals.
