Job summary

Target in Alhambra, CA is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to maintain elevated displays and drive guest engagement. You will plan daily visual workloads, execute assessments, and ensure standards across the store while supporting the merchandising strategy and in-store marketing.

The role requires 1–2 years of merchandising experience, strong trend sense, and the ability to work with leaders and teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years visual merchandising experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
• Strong understanding of trend and brand style.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload to meet sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and improve store visual execution.
• Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the total store.
• Support and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM.
• Collaborate with leaders to set up, adjust and maintain displays.
