Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely installation and display of window presentations and store promotions.
• Plan store layouts and creative flow for merchandise with store leadership.
• Communicate effectively with leadership to drive better business results.
• Educate Buckle leadership on visual strategies and rationale.
• Maintain readiness to assist Guests and Teammates as needed.
