Job summary

The Visual Merchandiser at The Buckle, Inc. supports the mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests by maintaining appealing, shopable store visuals and adhering to visual guidelines.

Responsibilities include installing window displays and promotions on schedule, planning layouts with store leadership, rotating products, and assisting Guests and Teammates as needed, while upholding Buckle policies and ethics.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college; or six months to one year related experience.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove window presentations and store promotions promptly.
• Plan store layouts and merchandise flow with leadership.
• Maintain visual guidelines and product rotation.
• Assist Guests and Teammates as needed.
• Display strong customer service and communicate with leadership.
