Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance the shopping environment by installing window displays and in-store promotions that align with brand guidelines. You will partner with store leadership to plan layouts, rotate merchandise, and ensure visual standards drive guest engagement.

This role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to seasonal campaigns while delivering exceptional service to guests and supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and store windows
• Ability to maintain brand guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Install and remove window displays and store promotions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with store leadership to plan layouts and product rotation.
• Convey Buckle’s visual direction to teammates and guests as needed.
• Educate leadership on visual strategies and why they drive sales.
• Ensure new product is visible and accessible on the floor.
• Assist guests and teammates to provide excellent service.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
