Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Visual Merchandiser to enhance shopability and the guest experience across our retail stores. This role focuses on installing window presentations, coordinating with leadership on store layouts, and ensuring promotions are executed with speed and care.

You will support product rotation, markdown placement, and guest service while complying with Buckle guidelines. The position requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent, or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove window presentations and store promotions in a timely manner.
• Plan store layouts and merchandise flow with leadership.
• Rotate products and place markdowns to optimize shopability.
• Communicate visual strategies to Buckle leadership and support adherence to guidelines.
• Assist Guests and Teammates as needed and provide high level customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of Sales Presentation, Register and iPad to assist Guests.
