Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to ensure the store’s visual presentation aligns with brand guidelines and drives guest engagement. This on-site, part-time role in Rancho Cucamonga offers a pay range of $17-$20 per hour and potential incentives based on performance.

You'll install and remove window displays, plan store layouts with leadership, manage product rotation and markdowns, assist guests, and maintain high customer service while supporting a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience.
• Strong customer service and ability to communicate with guests and team members.
• Ability to install and rotate displays and follow visual guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove window presentations and store promotions in a timely manner.
• Plan store layouts and product rotation with store leadership.
• Support guests and teammates with a high level of service.
• Explain visual strategies and Buckle policies to leadership and guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise presentation to brand standards.
