Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to maintain attractive displays and maximize guest engagement in our San Marcos store. You will install window presentations, rotate merchandise, and uphold visual guidelines to create an inviting shopping experience.

This part-time role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working flexible hours including weekends and holiday periods. Teammate discounts and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience.
• Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove window presentations and store promotions promptly.
• Plan store layouts and merchandise flow with leadership; manage product rotation and markdowns.
• Communicate visual strategies to Buckle leadership and support store teams.
