Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in the United States to elevate customer experience through strategic visual and commercial execution. You will curate styling, coordinate campaigns, and mentor store teams to deliver consistent brand standards across the store footprint.

As part of the Visual Merchandising team, you will stay abreast of fashion trends, lead by example, and collaborate with Store Management and Area Visual Managers to drive sales and maintain high presentation quality.

Qualifications

• Curious and creative; proactive, solution focused, flexible, with effective cross-functional communication.
• Fashion interest and leadership skills; apply visual and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in improving product presentation and commercial execution in store.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Know how to manage, follow-up and act on selling equations and weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Implement visual and commercial curation to align with brand guidelines.
• Lead store activation and campaign execution in collaboration with management.
• Coach and develop store team in visual and commercial skills.
• Ensure accurate display, stock levels, and price signs.
• Monitor KPIs and act on opportunities to drive sales.
