Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to maintain attractive store visuals and promote shopability in our San Marcos, TX location. You will partner with store leadership to manage layouts, rotation, and promotions while upholding Buckle guidelines and ethics.

The role requires an associate's degree or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred. Part-time benefits include performance bonuses, EAP, 401(k), and paid sick time where required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove window presentations and store promotions in a timely manner.
• Plan store layouts and product rotation with leadership; manage promotion placement.
• Communicate with leadership to improve business and sales presentation.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
