Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove window presentations and store promotions promptly, packing, unpacking and prepping props as needed.
• Plan store layouts and merchandise flow with leadership for product rotation and markdown placement.
• Communicate with leadership to improve business and customer experience.
• Educate Buckle leadership on visual strategies and standards.
• Display urgency when getting new product to the floor and assist guests and teammates as needed.
