Job summary

Target is hiring a Visual Merchandiser in Chesapeake, VA to craft engaging displays that align with the Target brand and drive sales. You will plan and execute visual plans, seal standards, and partner with leaders to refresh presentations daily.

You'll develop skills through hands-on training, work in a fast-paced environment, and support guest experiences by creating inviting store visuals while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong business acumen and brand knowledge.
• Excellent communication across teams.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and store tech.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance to meet sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and improve store visuals.
• Ensure visual standards are applied across the store.
• Support Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM across areas.
• Lead onboarding and training to raise team skills.
