Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist in Plano to execute in-store presentation, styling, and marketing elements that align with brand standards and store needs. You will manage merchandise changes, mannequin styling, and signage while delivering a world-class guest experience on the floor.

The role involves collaborating with store leadership, deploying consistent brand storytelling, and driving sell-through through thoughtful product placement and presentations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards and product placement strategies for a world-class guest experience.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes as directed.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
