ALO is hiring a Visual Lead in Chicago, IL to drive store sales through expert visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. You will oversee shipments, replenishment, floor sets, and stock control while coaching associates and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipments, receiving, processing and stock management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and visual merchandising.
• Plan visual floor changes with the management team and payroll.
• Execute visual direction from planning through budgets and timelines.
• Use management reports to identify opportunities and adjust stock.
• Coach and develop associates; recruit and provide feedback.
• Open and close the store in line with visual standards.
