Job summary

Thogus Products Company in Avon Lake, OH is hiring a Visual Inspection and Packaging Specialist to ensure plastic parts leave the facility exactly as customer specs. You’ll verify dimensions, catch color variances, adjust packaging, scan inventory, and help keep shipments on time.

You’ll perform visual checks, use IQMS for labeling and inventory movements, trim runners, complete simple secondary operations, and document rejects.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing or plastics preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate clearly in small groups.
• Math fluency with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Proficient with Word/Excel/Access; IQMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections and validate conformance with measuring tools.
• Trim runners and complete simple secondary operations.
• Label, count, package parts per customer standards.
• Use RF scanner to disposition parts into inventory.
• Support online/offline quality sorts and document counts.
