Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking an Inspector Packer to verify in‑process production against specifications on our beverage packaging lines. You’ll pull representative samples, perform visual and dimensional tests, and approve finished goods while upholding GMP and site SOPs.

Daily calibration of Magna Mike gauges and scales, precise data documentation, and clear communication of adjustments to operators are essential. Overtime and after‑hours meetings may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Visual and dimensional tests to verify specifications.
• Pull representative samples from active lines for evaluation.
• Document all test data accurately per SOP.

Responsibilities

• Approve in-process production by confirming specifications through tests and communicating actions.
• Pull representative samples and evaluate conformance.
• Approve finished product by measurement and visual inspection.
• Conduct first-article checks after changeovers and startups per SOP.
• Contain and label nonconforming materials per SOP.
• Set up and operate Magna Mike and scales for quality checks.
• Document all test data and evaluations per procedures.
• Maintain safe and compliant workplace per regulations.
