Bausch + Lomb in Greenville, SC is seeking a seasoned visual inspection supervisor to ensure sterile pharmaceutical products meet cGMP standards. You will oversee inspection activities, maintain accurate data in ERP systems, and lead staff training and qualifications to ensure Right First Time outcomes.

Collaborate with Operations and Quality, drive continuous improvement, and manage documentation changes to reduce errors.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a regulated industry, pharmaceutical preferred.
• Experience coaching/teaching others is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP systems (e.g., CATSWeb, ERPLx) is preferred.

Mansioni

• Monitor visual inspection activities to ensure SOP and cGMP compliance.
• Manage product movement and location in ERP systems (ERPLx).
• Record and review data for accuracy and timeliness, adhering to GDP principles.
• Support investigations into visual inspection activities.
• Lead staff training, qualification efforts, and annual recertification.
