Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Manufacturing Group Leader V for the 2nd shift to oversee visual inspection of sterile products in a cGMP environment. You will ensure adherence to SOPs, GDP principles, and accurate ERP data while coaching a team of inspectors.

The role emphasizes training, qualification of personnel, and continuous improvement, partnering with Operations and Quality to resolve issues and drive Right First Time outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor level experience not required; high school diploma required.
• Experience leading teams in a regulated environment preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP systems (CATSWeb, ERPLx) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and lead visual inspection activities in compliance with SOP and cGMP.
• Ensure proper movement and control of products, accurate status in ERP systems.
• Develop training and qualification programs for visual inspection personnel.
• Provide coaching, investigate issues, and drive continuous improvement.
