Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Experiential Design Associate Manager to drive end-to-end design work across environments, media and interactive formats. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to concept, design and produce assets for client projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

The role requires strong portfolio, independent work ethic and the ability to integrate feedback from multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experiential / 3D design experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with SketchUp or similar 3D tools (AutoCAD, Cinema 4D, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with prompting AI models (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway ML).
• Strong understanding of fabrication best practices and production in built environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team from concepting through production.
• Understand marketing initiatives, positioning and target audience.
• Work with the creative team across media to deliver assets.
• Take designs from concept to final execution within deadlines.
