Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Visual Design Associate Manager to contribute high-quality visual design across brand identities and digital experiences. You will shape the visual language, drive design systems, and mentor junior designers while leveraging AI to accelerate concepting and production.

You will build trusted relationships with clients, translate briefs into compelling visuals, and ensure aesthetic cohesion across research, strategy, and UX outputs under leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design spanning a range of industries, brand types, platforms, and visual contexts.
• 2+ years contributing to visual design engagements end-to-end, from concepting to production-ready delivery.
• Experience with brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and working in agile cross-functional teams.
• Strong UX grounding informing visual decisions and ability to build scalable design systems.
• Comfort using AI tools in visual design, from concepting to rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape the visual design direction on engagements from concept through delivery, ensuring aesthetic cohesion and timely delivery.
• Translate briefs and brand strategy into compelling visual executions with a developing original visual point of view.
• Produce high-quality visual design across brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI.
• Own your workstream and deliver production-ready output with minimal redirection.
• Use AI tools actively to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production, contributing to AI-enabled workflows.
• Engage in client conversations, presenting design rationale and building trust as a creative voice.
